My issue with my extra care account was taken care of. The person who resolved the issue did their job. Still I have issues with your coupon policy. Although it looks like I have coupons I can use , most of the time they cannot be redeemed. It feels like you are just sucking in the consumer with empty promises of savings. I find it so disappointing. What happened to pet care products?
