I am happy with the food and the instructions. But when they switched from FedEx to another delivery company from California, I decided to quit. The problem is not about their location in California, but about constant delays in delivery. When they used FedEx, their boxes arrived at 1 PM, which was quite OK, but, now, they arrive at 10 PM, the delay is about 9 hours, so, I am not sure the food is fresh and safe enough. When we turned to Home Chef, they said that is the only delivery method available. Thus, unfortunately, we are going to another service with prompt delivery. Hopefully, Home Chef will save lots of money on these new delivery services. I am sure many customers will quit as well. Then, it will be easier for them to cope with their orders.
