Problems resetting password

Last night April 15th, I tried to reset password at least 7 times. It did not take at all! Today April 16th, I am trying todo the same, but i don't even receive an email from you now, and it is not because I took you off of my email list. Which why would I when I have a 6 month membership. So far I am unimpressed by the lack of men in my location of Maryland.PA DC or Virginia area. I am very frustrated! Please reset my password thanks
