I get my Somavert injectable medication every three months. Each time there are problems associated with the delivery. The latest was that my prior authorization order ran out, I was never called to inform me of that, I waited all day, I finally called and spoke to an escalation specialist. This happens frequently, they never call you about a problem and you are left hanging. I Was on hold for 30 minutes before speaking with someone. This company should be investigated by the government. User's recommendation: If you can use another company, do so!
