Problem with tablets

No one has contacted me. I wasn't able to talk to anyone as of yet. I need a refund on the tablet. The battery went bad and split the tablet down the side. I'm glad it didn't blow up. Please I just want my money back so I can get another one. If someone could call be would be great. 863 234 ****.
