I have sent email to your support team and its unexceptable that reply in 24 to 48 business hours longer. I have an issue with SSL certificate on my webstore. I verified with domain host (Namecheap) and they indicate problem on your end (see message)" Right, according to my check, SSL certificate on cartoonsinabox.com has expired. However, since the domain is hosted with the third-party hosting service, the SSL can be properly installed on the server side only. I can suggest contacting the hosting provider for cartoonsinabox.com in order to check the options to get the active SSL on the website. PLEASE have my webstore back up again.
