Problem with setting up mobile internet, and only very basic manual.

Blackview responded, quite quickly, with an offer to pay for repairs, or replace the tablet. In fact there was no fault, only inadequate set up instructions. What was NOT mentioned was that the sim had to be activated to receive data. Maybe simple for smart phone users, and computer geeks, but not for the older generation! User's recommendation: A great budget tablet, if you can figure how it works!
