Problem with nordlys system
The new representative of nordlys in Greece as soon as he made a so called “service” he insisted on doing the system started to have a problem that was addressed as “water pump” failure. I have three weeks without the machine and disappointed clients and no update the last 12 days from him. I am extremely disappointed as I have no timetable of the solution to this problem and no reliability as far as he is concerned. I think a company of your reputation would have representatives very well trained and well manered in terms of flexibility,quick solutions and at least close update. I also own candela alexandrine pro (Innova medical) and they are very professionals. Thank you in advance
