Problem with my Eargo’s

For the past couple of weeks this issue has been happening. I talked to Sonny on 1/14/21 regarding this issue. I will place the Eargo;s in each ear, I don't get any sound. It takes from 15 -45 minutes before I can tap on my eargo's and hear the program notification, this happens on both ear's. I have tried everything listed about cleaning etc. to no avail.
