Problem with manager

I went to my unit yesterday morning around 8:30 a.m. 08/26/2020. The problem/concern I have is that the Manager there (Alex Montoya) was walking around & he walked past my unit as I was finishing up doing what I was doing. As I was stepping out of the unit to lock the door he had just passed by me & when he saw that I saw him he quickly picked up his pace, which I thought was weird. Now I was only there for around an hour before that took place & started heading home when about 15-20 minutes after I left I received an email from him stating I am being given a warning for having a bed in the unit, excessive late entries (whatever that means) & there is to be no loitering or habitation??? WTF! For one I was not loitering (Did not realize I am on a time restraint to get my own property) I only use it for storage & I keep a lot of paperwork etc. in there & when I need to go there to get it, it takes me a while to find what I am looking for. As for his claim of "excessive" entries I have no idea. I am hardly there & I do share the unit with someone & she told me she hasn't been there in 3 or 4 days. As for his comment about a bed. No, no bed, but as I just stated it takes me awhile to do what I need to do whenever I go there. I have physical ailments so yes what I do have is a cot I use to sit on while I go through my stuff. If I didn't have the problems I have I would use a smaller unit. Needles to say I shouldn't have to explain myself. I do not appreciate the accusations or "warning" about my business with Extra Space storage. It is disgusting on his part to come at me like that & i should not ever have to worry about coming & going from a place i pay to get or store my stuff there. I think Alex needs a reminder on professionalism & he needs to mind his own business. I ask that the documented "warning" be taken off please? Not looking for an apology just for him to keep to himself. I shouldn't nor should my friend ever have to worry about using/paying for your services because of his assumptive accusations. Thank you!
