Update by user Mar 05, 2021 Poorly Original review posted by user Mar 05, 2021 So this morning around 2-4 am I had put $24 on my phone and the person helping me said that there was going to $16.57 on my phone and I said ok and this morning at 9:30 am I had check my ICS Mobile app to check for my visit and I saw that I only had $4.07 on my phone and the inmate has not called me once since s I put the money on the phone. So I need to know where did $12.50 go and why is it not on my phone.
