This is the third time I have spoken with a Conair customer support person and explain to them the defective product which came on my infinity pro Conair hair dryer model number 461R. The support hook had snapped off less than a month that I had it . We have it hanging in the bathroom we are worried about our safety concerns. The no way to replace the hook I have requested a replacement model and customer service failed to offer that up again please send me a replacement model I have provided my email address. User's recommendation: do not buy Conair products the company .does not support defective products or issues with their appliances they have zero customer service and do not respond appropriately for safety concerns they want to wait until somebody gets shocked by their product and then submit a claim is what I was told on several occasions.
