Panasonic DMR-EZ48V, was recording to disc, error "might be problem with disc, press ENTER". pressed enter, machine went off, wouldn't turn on again. removed cover, manually removed disc, now when turned on "F60" on display, hold power button "F60" flashes, push power again stops flashing but "F60" still on display. can I fix or do I buy new device (which will not be Panasonic). didn't care for unit since day 1 when tried to video tape and message on screen said "will not record digital signal". the magnovox machine I had previously recorded digital antennae signal just fine.
