Problem with drink club

Several times we have gone into the Circle K on Sadler Road and Citrona in Fernandina Beach, Fl and the register would not take off for the drink. They did not override it and we had to pay for it. All the cashier said was I don't know. Have not heard from customer service yet! User's recommendation: Stand your ground and make them override the purchase.
