Problem with battery in my proscan android tablet

I'm sending you this message because I have problems with the battery in my proscan android tablet bought only since Christmas 2019. The battery doubled of space and forced my tablets window and frame. It opened by itself a few days ago and I really need that internet for studies and work. I can't go on it or on websites without plugging it in the electric switch. I need to get free reparations or replace my tablet. I saved money to buy this one and I can't afford to buy another one. I never touch anything inside and I also need advises. I tried to contact you by phone from my area (Sherbrooke, Quebec) but it says that if I don't have the store receipt when I bought it, they can't help me and the line closed.
