Autonation includes free tire rotations for the life of any tire purchased directly through their company. When initially discussing with our service agent, we understood that the charge showing on the workplan for a tire rotation would be removed after their service system checks the records for past purchases. We were, however, erroneously charged for a rotation recently and were told that a refund is impossible because we signed the work plan authorizing. Autonation has already admitted that we shouldn't have been charged, and their proposed resolution was to a receive a credit on our account for a future service. We will not be returning to Autonation for any future work (for a number of reasons), and this work around was not acceptable. ***(3/28) Issue submitted to corporate concierge service.
