Problem finally resolved.

After several customer service reps plus specialist and my goal coach, I received a proper response to my concern with the app. It was exasperating because it was a simple solution that until today no Noom rep could answer. Maybe I wasnt clear on what I was asking? All I wanted was better ability to use the app Id paid for. Im not technically good so asked for the offered support. I kept getting thanks fir contacting us blah blah, then a final offer of if theres anything else they could help with dont hesitate to connect. However, i dont get proper solution till today User's recommendation: Be able to use app. Most youngsters know how but I’m in my 70’s and still learning some basics.
