Problem being resolved

I am grateful to pissed consumer team. The effect was instant. All their concerned deptts. Have been calling to help solve my problem. Although it is to be attended to on 11th morning, I am confident they will take care as usual. Reason why I chose PCT because the issue was of serious nature and it was not being taken as a serious one. In normal problems they do take care well. Thanks PCT.
