Solid Quote text messaged me multiple times under a personal number using a random female's name as if we spoke before, with knowledge of my information trying to get me to sign up for auto insurance saying they gained my information with my permission. I'm not looking for auto insurance and have never signed over my name and telephone number for a quote for anyone. They later called me, and were reluctant to give up their company name, wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, wouldn't give me an explanation for why they're using personal numbers, and proceeded to tell me if I gave them my information they could call me back about my issue. I've never used Solid Quote, but I will avoid them, they have scam-like tactics and I've already reported them to the FTC and soon the BBB and sending their Corporate a letter. I warn anyone thinking about signing up with them to keep looking!
