I did finally talk with someone at Brothet and were installed the driver which seemed to do the trick. The other issue I have and havent been able to figure it out is that my printer will jam when switching from letter to legal size paper. It doesnt do it every time there is a switch but out of 150 pages it may happen 3-4 times. User's recommendation: I would still buy a Brother product for my home business.
