Prime subscribtion

I have bought a Ryanair ticket from Riga to Vienna through this company During the checkout I had to choose either trial subscription to prime or full (it would not let me proceed without choosing one of the options), I chose trial subscription. My flight was cancelled and I recieved a refund voucher from Ryanair, however I tried to cancel my edreams prime subscription before the end of trial period, but as I haven't recieved any emails to confirm my subscribtion and my account on edreams doesn't show any prime memberships, I couldn't do it. The trial period have passed and my card have been charged with full subscribtion price. I have been charged for something that I cannot even use and it is impossible to contact the company apart from messaging the online chat bot who obviously cannot help in this situation. This is unacceptable and seems like a fraudulent activity, I would like this to be investigated.
