Our loan officer was great the underwriters not so much! In case anyone missed the memo Hurricane Harvey was a National Disaster! We missed one payment due to the horrible aftermath of Harvey even got a letter from our Atty to back it! They still would not help us!!! So much time & effort & hopes built up for nothing...these people are a joke! Don’t waste your time!
