I contacted Victorinex because I found the identical knife that I ordered from them and paid $44 on Amazon for $31.99 and asked them for the difference. Their response to me was they dont do price match and if I dont want to keep the knives I can return them. They have absolutely no customer service and I will never buy from them. User's recommendation: Always check Amazon, the prices are much cheaper.
