pricing incorrect online

I called the customer service number because when I went to order online on Saturday the shoes were on sale for 17.99 and they showed 34.99 at checkout. Something must have been going on with the online pricing. When I called the customer service the rep told me it was nothing that they could do and o would have to pay the price it is today which is still on sale. I'm just upset because it wasn't my fault that they finally fixed there website as of today to show the actual sale price at the end of check out. At this point it's the principal of it all and I will never shop here every again not even for my bras and I will tell my husband not to shop here either and he usually spends a heck of a lot of money in this store every Christmas for me. I just recently got a credit card from here and that one little thing made me not ever want to shop here again or they couldn't even honor that one little thing then, I don't even want to deal with them ever again. Great customer service is key they knew there systems weren't correct but why should the customer have to suffer for it. Your website should be on point all the time. That was a bad glitch that shouldn't of happened and if it does own up to the glitch and give great customer service.
