Purchased 2 x Sofas July 13th 21' received a vip sale event notification and the last day of this event I simulated (I have a screenshot of my online cart) the same purchase I did and the price was down about 200$ minimum compared to my store purchase. The day after called the head office which directed me to the store and went to the store they just declined with 0 empathy however my purchase is 3000$ worth. I could have both these sofa online and cancelled my order made at store
