Priceline did not honor coupon

I entered in a coupon code to save 10% and it was not honored. I contacted Priceline and they are saying that its only for hotels when it CLEARLY SAYS hotel and rental cars. I booked a rental car and need the discount applied to that. I can email a picture of the coupon. I have been waiting since Friday for a manager to call me back and i still have not received a call. I have been waiting for an email to resolve this issue and i still havent received one. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Ive chatted with several reps and got no where and at this point you guys should honor my discount or even give more than what it said due to the unprofessional way things have been handled. User's recommendation: Do not book through Priceline.
