They place a price menu as an insert with your bill, then, when you want to cancel services that you don't use but want to keep those that you do - their prices triple and the price they quote is nowhere on their price "menu". When you ask about it - you are told - those prices don't pertain to you. Really? They make it impossible to cancel any services - I'm patiently waiting for 5G when we can all kiss them good-bye.
