First visit prescribed medicine not covered by insurance, called office was told provider is one in once a week had to wait til next week. A week later they told me they left a message with provider and at 4:30 was told provider left and had to wait again! At next appt provider said she was not given any messages. Apparently computer systems have been off and on and glitchy since April 14, 2018 it is now last day in May!! Facility doesn’t seem to make patients a priority.
