Preposterous waiting time to check-in in Mallorca

Reservation made following purchase of a Transavia purchase of plane ticket. Rental company Okrentacar in Mallorca Spain. Arrived in time at the rental location. Had to wait in line behind 62 renters serviced by five tellers. At 15mn per rental I would have waited two hours and a half. Left without checking-in User's recommendation: What is expensive (rentals) is cheap for the service you get.
