i am contacting you guys to canceled my preorder for 2k22 and i know usually when you canceled a preorder you get your money refunded and now i look again and my money is gone! this is ridiculous and the craziest part is that i never even preorder it my self it was my son who preorder it an he told me that its supposed to show up in his cart or library with all his games and i asked do you see in it in either one ?! he says no i dont now im frustrated because apparently you guys took 59.99$? from his account User's recommendation: playstation store is horrible.
