Premiere Grace Period

Called to ask for an extension and the Grace Period Program and I was told that it is only for certain customers I pay my bill just like anybody else. So I wanted to speak with a supervisor took about 1hr for anyone to come to the phone then. I was put on hold cause no one came on the phone when they did I still couldn't get nothing. So so disappointed. I will be taking my $80 somewhere else. The program didn't say anything about certain people can get the extension. So what is that all about. They really pissed me off cause I had death in my family and needed to talk to my family. I was asking for 2 days cause I got paid that friday. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
