I "pre-ordered" a chair a year ago in Nov/Dec 2019... 12/28/19, I got a text indicating an estimated arrival of early April '20. Fast-forward into this spring... orders on hold... their last update on the website for 8/4/20 says they're shutting down, no refunds, and "please allow us to evaluate how to process/fulfill orders..." I've called and texted, zero response. DO NOT give them your money. And, now, there's a thronekingdom.com operating out of NYC with the exact same product, pricing etc.??? WTF User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY.
