On the 16/10/2017 I paid £60 to pre-book a return window seat on a flight from Atlanta to Heathrow on the 29th October. When I arrived at the check-in desk on the 29th October the lady was informed of this and she said it would not be a problem. When I got on the plane I was shown to a seat on the centre Isle which was not what I had booked. Another party had been allocated my seats. There was disarray and other people were in wrong seats they had not booked. When I booked the seats the system would only provide me with outgoing boarding cards. I contacted Virgin and the lady told me this was normal. Other people who did not book window seats managed to get them. Please can you explain and provide a refund.
