Today i contacted your customer service phoneline and would like to say have helpful and understanding Adrian ( who took my call) was. I was at the end of my tether as my motherinlaw, who has Alzheimers disease,had lost her Boots no7 lipstick earlier in the week and has driven me mad all week obsessed with neediing it. Shes 83, has hardly been out during the pandemic and i obvs cant take her to store to pick another ( she cant remember the shade(or her name most days) but i remembered something about 'drencher'. I took the opportunity when a fruend called today to pop to Llandudno retail park Boots branch to see if i could spot the shade etc or get a sample for her to see as buying the wrong shade could end up xostly not being able to return it etc. The assistant i spoke to in that branch was singularly unhelpful and dismissive, nor a very good example of customer care. I rang your helpline and got Adrian who came up with the solution of ringing other local branches to see if any had old testers they could mark( and label with shade) on a card so i could take it home for her to choose. Result! What an asset and how kind he was with me as being at the limit of my patience already egarding what to others wiuld be a trivial matter, was made much easier by his thoughtfulness and taking the time to help me. I hope you have a customer care awaRd scheme for employees as he deserves one!!
