Received a cold-call from these unscrupulous cash thirsty liars. Bombarded with calls and txt messages from rude fast talking call-handlers. Forced to provide financial information. WT sent documents and contracts to sign in the post. A mate signed the contracts as a joke and posted them back. Within the cooling-off period we cancelled the contract by letter with proof of postage. These liars continue to work on my behalf without authorisation, without my express permission, without any legal entitlement. WT do not play by any rules, their staff are rude and obnoxious. They are now taking me to court to claim their massive 48% fees. If anyone has any experience of these guys that could write to me as I intend to wipe the floor with these guys in court.
