Like so many others, they charged my card immediately upon my signing up, even though they say you have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep it. And IF you keep it at that point, they will charge you. NOT TRUE. They lie, lie, lie. And their customer service is horrific. They are like robots...

Audible Issues. You will not get a refund. They will not warn you before they charge you. The $4.95 or $14.95 service is actually $15.96. So, get used to disappointment.
