In February 2021 I recieved a card that said "The item (s) listed is temporaily out of stock. We expect to ship your order within 30 days. If you do not want to wait, you may return this card and your order will be cancelled." It goes on to repeat if I want the merchandise, do not return this card. I am holding the card so obviously I did not return it. However the CS Rep I spoke to today (4/26/21) said I did. Now to get it I have to reorder at twice the price.
