Update by user Jun 01, 2021 Got one email from what said it was huffy customer service asking for model and shipping address to send a new power button. Sent what they'd asked for and took apart the panel on the power wheels to see if we'd be able to figure out how to replace the part. Haven't gotten anything or heard anything since. Very unhappy with their customer service! I have a taken apart power wheels that doesn't work at all and no parts or replacement of any kind. He is very upset that his brand new car doesn't work anymore and we have no idea what to do to fix it or replace it. Thanks Mary Rule
