I paid over $2K for these chairs and they are *** I REPEAT *** Dealer has picked up twice for repairs. Now my already "REPAIRED" chair feels like I'm sitting / leaning on A BOARD! THAT is NOT the quality I paid for. Chairs that cost this much should NOT have these types of problems ESPECIALLY IN THE FIRST YEAR. Very Unhappy with the POOR quality of this product
