I have been without power for 7 days counting today. What I don't understand is being able to visually see two Oncor technicians in there utility trucks outside of my home drive off very fast, and when I enter my home there is still no power. How does that happen why would I see Oncor technicians in a power outage area but not restore power at least not to my residence what is really going on? Oh, and there several other neighbors around me that have power so are they selecting who power they turn back on?
