Post oil change

I got an oil change a few days ago and emailed them with no response. My car is running horribly post oil change. What did they do to my car!! It makes noise, engine is loud... It did not do this and i'm aware because I even had it running at certain points during the l change and it wasn't making noise at all. This is not ok and you all need to fix it
