FYI - I was just doing some innocent online research for my oldest grandson - answered several questions but have never been able to contact them directly. After sitting at my home office desk reading all of the printed off 'information' I knew I'd been 'conned' thus I MAILED A LETTER OF CANCELLATION ON 06/23/2011 BUT have just learned that my debited amount to them cleared almost instantly. I've tried two different times to cancel this via online but with no luck and now my youngest daughter is angry because my meager bank account is way overdrawn - with this additional fee, etc.. All I have as proof would be a scanned copy of my checkbook record of the debited amount. HELP! Ann L.
