I had sent a request in for an IRA-Exxon rollover from Janus. They sent a letter stating it was not an original guarantee signature. They sent a copy back to Janus and not the original one. They caused me to lose thousands as they did not roll the funds over as requested. I have to get an attorney to sue as I lost thousands since they did not honor the transfer request and sent back a copy of the original request to JanusHenderson. Worst service. User's recommendation: Dont use them.
