Automatic service connection

When you change the connection type, go3 TV is automatically added for the first month for free. It is not possible to choose without this service. Even if the sent access data is not used, the connection is added and the next month the payment is taken for the unused service. When contacting Telstra with a complaint, a reply is received that we have connected the service ourselves and Telstra has no reason not to include the payment in the invoice, although it was not possible to opt out of this free "bonus".
