Positive covid test and have to change or cancel flight tomorrow! Been trying to call for two days.

I cant get through to any Allegiant customer service person to save my life. Received a positive covid test, have spent days trying to get through so I can alter my flight. After being on hold for hours, I get disconnected twice. Or a busy signal when I call. How am I supposed to resolve anything when no one is available to help me. Horrible customer care. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
