Poorly Run Company/Don’t Use Them

Stay away from this company! Their prices are too high, they propose schedules they know they can't meet, they rarely return phone calls unless requesting money, they offer way too many excuses and they provide a warranty that they will not stand behind. Since Lifetime Enclosures refused to inspect our lanai after completion, I paid for a certified building inspector to look at the Lanai. He told me that the gutters were not installed properly so I now have a drainage problem. The main gutter was pitched incorrectly which has resulted in pooling in the middle/center of the gutter. Failure is inevitable and will be costly! Contacted Lifetime Encloses several times by phone and emailed my claim with photographs to five Enclosure employees. After six months of repeated phone calls, still no response. The next step is legal intervention. I highly recommend potential customers go elsewhere!
