Poorly constructed bed

I purchased a queens size bed from the cindy homelegance collection, I've only had it 3 months and one of the siderails broke off, I call the company whom I bought it through purchasing power, but even they are having trouble getting through to the manufacturer, I have a 1 year warranty on the bed but I am not able to reach anybody regarding this warranty. I now have two side rails broken and my mattress is on the floor. Not sure what to do at this point if I cant reach the manufacturer of this bed so that they can replace the broken parts. It's a nice bed and nice color but poorly constructed.
