Poor warranty response on a terrible tv.

Called because of black out issue with TV purchased at Target. Was given a case number and transferred to another dept, I was left on hold and received no assistance at all in fact no one spoke to me at all and my call was disconnected. Terrible response, no help at all !!!! User's recommendation: Don't buy Sony TV products.
