Poor, wait, no customer service

No live people answer the phone. The repetitive message wants you to log on or use the app. I mailed a letter and they didn't answer that either. I'm trying to cancel an account for a deceased relative. This isn't a point and click thing on a screen. A lot of people are out of work now. Maybe Bank of America should hire some of them to answer the phone. User's recommendation: Use credit services somewhere else.
