Poor (virtually non-existent) response.

I got a 1099 from Stripe even though I have never received any payment from them. In response, they promise to send me a 1099 form. In other words, its an automated response that does nothing to resolve my problem. One has to dig to find a phone number for this company, and of course its an automated reply there, and no return call. They should be put out of business.

If you are actual Representative of Stripe you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
